Sinterbronze tubes and bars
Imagine you searched the world for that one-and-only bronze bearing and the size you need is not available in a standard range. But you are a craftsman and know how to handle a turning machine. We offer sinterbronze in tubes and solid bars for you to make your own bearing.
Just like our standard range, our semi finished tubes and bars are sintered from bronze powder. We use the remaining porosity to capture oil. Please note, while machining you might loose some oil. It is important to re-impregnate your finished machined part before mounting. Contact us for further instructions.
In below dropdown menu, please select:
- HOLSTAF (TUBE) or VOLSTAF (SOLID BAR)
Then select the required lubricant. Most common used is oil impregnated. Besides, we offer solid lubricant like MoS2 or graphite. To be clear, d1 at SOLID BAR = 0 mm. Just choose D2 and length (L).
*) remark: graphite filled parts will gradually obsolete from our range and will be replaced by MoS2 solid lubricant.
