Return policy
We devote a great deal of attention and care to the products we sell and offer through our webshop. In this way, we try to provide you with the clearest and most representative picture of our products. We do this by posting as many self-made photos as possible and providing clear descriptions with clear product specifications.
In addition, we maintain strict quality standards and regularly audit our manufacturers and suppliers.
It is precisely in this way that we are convinced that you receive the quality you expect.
Should the product delivered by us nevertheless not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return the product to us. We do, however, attach a number of conditions to this:
1. Products must not have been used or show signs of use
2. Products must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging
3. Non-standard items or other products that have been specially ordered for you are excluded from return
4. The shipping costs for the return are at your expense
5. The invoice amount will be refunded to you in full within 14 days after your written return notification, on the express condition that the goods have actually been received back by us.
