Information regarding deliveries
We ship our products daily using the professional services of DHL and UPS. As soon as your order is scanned at their depot, you will receive a message containing a tracking code. This way, you will be able to follow your package on route.
We aim to ship orders the same working day if your online payment is received before 5:00 PM CET. Until now, we succeeded in 99% of all cases. Of course, due to circumstances or a stock-difference, it might be possible we can not manage it.
Not all of our stock items are displayed in our webshop. Products in our webshop have a specific status:
• on stock
These are standard stock items and available for immediate shipping
• short delivery time
These are standard items, but limited available. Many of these products need to be ordered separately at one of our manufacturers. The exact lead time might differ from supplier to supplier. Please contact our sales team to get the latest information regarding the delivery time to meet your requirements.
• currently not available in webshop
These items are part of our standard portfolio, but temperary out of stock. We aim to have these items available soon and in most cases parts are already in production or on its way to our storage. Please contact our storage manager or sales team for updated information.
